What was the highlight of SmartRental Collection Gran Vía Capital
Overall the stay was excellent, a superb location and very comfortable hotel.
The apartment was spacious, very clean and well suited for our family of 4. The location is wonderful and walking distance to main sites. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is very easy if you want to venture out. Beds are comfortable. Having a fridge/freezer & washing machine/dryer is very helpful with a young family. The living space was super handy with small kids who want to chill out with their toys and colouring books after a long day of site seeing. Usually city hotels are much smaller in size. This was excellent.

Fantastic location with great staff
We stayed in the 2 bed apartment. It was very nice, clean and lovely decorated. Location was perfect, one of the main streets in the centre, close to shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Lovely, fresh breakfast buffet. Great rooftop area with tables. Very nice and helpful staff. They booked taxi for us to the airport and helped with booking tickets to attractions, hop on hop off bus etc.
Not really a dislike but it would be great to have few hooks in the apartment for jackets, maybe by the main door or on bedroom doors? Not enough seats by the pool.

Great central location, beautiful apartment and terrace. Madrid is a great city and this is the place to stay.
Great location. Lovely decor throughout the hotel and the apartment was really well equipped. The staff went over and beyond to be helpful and were so friendly. They even left us a complementary bottle and cake to celebrate my friend’s special Birthday!
All excellent.
